The Fender Strat is one of the most common & well-known electric guitars in the world, along with the Telecaster and Gibson SG and Les Paul guitars. The body is double-cutaway, with a longer horn at the top, a large pick-guard covering most of the face, and generally 3 single-coil pickups, although models with humbuckers (known as "fat strats") also exist.
