Billy's Hamer C-Tuned prototype

This is a custom guitar prototype by Hamer that Billy used during the Machina sessions. The neck is 27", longer than usual (Strats are 24.75" or 25.5"), and heavier strings are used, so that the tuning and intonation can be maintained at the low C-tuning (C-F-Bb-Eb-G-C). It was used for The Everlasting Gaze and Heavy Metal Machine- James kept a black Gibson SG down-tuned for these.
