Joey Waronker

Wikipedia article

Born May 20, 1969, Joey Waronker became well known for his work on several Beck albums in the 1990s, and was a session drummer for the Pumpkins' Adore album. He played on Perfect, Once Upon a Time and Pug, and was allegedly invited to be the band's touring drummer, but declined for financial reasons. Billy has mentioned that there is an Adore-era recording of fan favorite "Let Me Give the World to You", with "Joey Waronker doing his best Jimmy Chamberlin". Waronker has also worked with bands such as R.E.M., Tracy Bonham, Johnny Cash and Eels, as either a drummer or producer.
